The BRC’s Board of Directors, Brookdale Buccaneers swim team Parent Board and volunteers have been working hard, looking forward to our Opening Day and a fabulous 46th season! Thank you to all our post- and pre-season volunteers: our swim team Board, our pool committee, tennis committee, our general Board volunteers, our landscaping and property volunteers, and all our “pop-up” volunteers who answered our various texts, emails and surveys. Our volunteers - whether for an hour gardening, potting plants for the pavilion, spending a Saturday afternoon pre-season cleaning, or planning and organizing a social event – are so appreciated! Keep an eye on your inboxes for opportunities to participate at the BRC throughout the season!

Annual Dues:
Annual dues for 2024 are $475 per family and $375 for senior or 'empty-nester' bondholders. The BRC has no annual maintenance or hidden fees in addition to annual dues.

Senior 'Empty-Nester' Membership:
The BRC has a special "Senior Dues" program. Bondholders who have been members for at least 3 years, have at least one bondholder 55 years old or older, and do not register any other household members, qualify for senior member savings.
​
Dues and Annual Registration Deadline:
As usual, member dues must be paid by May 1, 2024. A late fee of $50 will be assessed for all payments not received by that date. All bondholders must re-register each year and pay annual dues, regardless of whether you plan to use the pool or courts, attend any social events or register for any lessons or teams.

All bondholders, new and current, must update registration each season and pay annual dues each season.
​
To complete the annual registration:
​
If you are a bond member, your BOND NUMBER is your username with the decimal point and all zeros. If you are an annual member, your email address is your username. If you forgot your password, click “forgot password.”
All members must re-register and pay dues every year by May 1st. The 2-step process, registration and dues payment is easy.

Log in to your account using your full BOND NUMBER (3 digits and the decimal point: XYZ.A) and the password you created last year.

In the Members section, click the dots to the right side to Add Members or Edit Members. Add current email addresses that are checked regularly. Please add a new photo each year for each member. Update all household member information. (Remember, because we are legally a membership based social club, only people residing in a household full time may be registered as members.)

Click the 3 dots next to the Members header to add a new member

Click the 3 dots next to each name to Edit info, add a Photo (individual head and face) or Delete a member. We need current pictures for safety.

In the Account Summary, click the red banner saying "Your account is not paid for the current season. To make a payment, click here."

Click on the make a payment “here.”

Choose the membership type (Family or Senior)

Select the payment method (“Credit or Debit” or “Check”). “Check” includes paying by Zelle.

Then either enter the credit card info (a credit card processing fee will be applied)

OR click “Check” and follow the directions to pay by Zelle or mail a check with the generated receipt to Brookdale Racquet Club, Inc., P.O. Box 2792, Naperville, IL 60567-2792.

Do not drop off any forms or payments to the BRC clubhouse on Brookdale Road.

Click “Submit” to complete the payment process and generate a receipt.

Remember to write and mail the check or pay by Zelle separately. Your registration and payment is not complete until you write and mail a check or immediately pay by Zelle. Don’t forget!
