When can I rent the pavilion?

  • Afternoon Rental: 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. (on Saturdays, Afternoon Rentals can start at 10:00 a.m.)

  • Evening Rental: 4:30 – 8:30 p.m.

  • Evening Rental Extension: continue your Evening Rental until 10:00 or 11:00 p.m. for an additional fee.

  • Stand-Alone After Hours Rental: 8:30 – 11:00 p.m. (not attached to an Evening Rental) There is an additional fee for this type of rental.

How long can my rental be?

Minimum rental time is 1 hour. Maximum rental time during the Afternoon or Evening Rental is 4 hours. If renting for less than 4 hours your reservation time must be at one end of the available rental zone. E.g., if you have a book club that wants to meet for only 1 hour during an afternoon, your rental must either start at 12:30 or end at 4:30. Rentals of less than 4 hrs may not reserve in the middle of a time “zone.”

What is the cost to rent the pavilion?

The pavilion rental fee is $10/hour, plus $5 per non-member guest (whether they are swimming or not). If you are doing an Evening Rental Extension, the additional cost is $10/hour for the pavilion + $37.50/hour guard fee (3 guards minimum will stay, whether your party will be swimming or not). If you are doing a Stand-Alone After Hours Rental the cost is $115 ($20 for pavilion, $95 for guard hours).

How many people can I have?

During open swim hours, you can have as many members guests as you would like and up to 25 non-member guests. During After Hours Rental hours (either standalone or as an extension of an Evening Rental) the maximum number of total guests is 75.

How do I make a reservation?

  1. Login to your MemberSplash account and select Reservations from the menu.

  2. Click on the date to select the day you would like to make your reservation.

  3. Click on the timeslot you would like to reserve. Confirm that the pop-up box is showing the correct start and end times, then check the box next to your name.

  6. Then, fill out the Pavilion Usage Form and bring it to the Pool Office, along with proof of payment.

Please bring a list of your guests the day of your event so the guards can check them in. We ask that any cancellations are made seven days prior to the event. Discuss any special requests with the Pool Manager when making your reservation.

How do I make a payment?

You can bring a check to the Pool Office along with your Pavilion Usage Form, or you can pay by Zelle.

Zelle E-Payments:

  • name = Brookdale Racquet Club

  • email = payBRCdues@gmail.com (not case sensitive)

  • memo info required = name, address, payment for (dues, swim lessons, tennis, etc.)

BE AWARE:  Our City of Naperville noise permit is in effect only until 10PM.  Noise levels must be minimized after 10:00 p.m. IF the BRC is cited for excessive noise, your event will be assessed a fee to pay these fines.

Please note that your reservation must include any set-up and clean-up time, so please plan your actual invitation start and end times accordingly. If there are back-to-back bookings, you must have completely cleaned the Pavilion and vacated by your designated end time, so the next member event can enter at their reserved time.  *** Members are responsible for leaving the Pavilion as they found it:  clean! ***
