The Pavilion at the BRC is available to our members for parties, meetings, etc. both during pool hours and after the pool closes at 9:00 PM. You can make reservations anytime after May 1st. Check availability on-line using the calendar on this page and download the “Pavilion Usage Form.”
All reservations must be made at the pool office. You must fill out our “Pavilion Usage Form”, and pay the deposit when you make your reservation. Your fee will be refunded if you cancel your party seven days prior to the event.
Please discuss any special requests with the manager when you make your reservation. If no one is at the pool to help with your reservation, call us at 630-961-9646 and leave a message. Someone will get back to you very quickly.
Using the pavilion during pool hours:
Rental of the pavilion during regular pool hours costs $35 per time slot plus a guest entry fee ** for each non-member whether they use the pool or not. Rental & guest fees are due by the date of the event. A $10 late fee will be added if fees are not paid in full by the start of the event.
A rental fee of $60 is charged for ‘after hours’ use, plus an additional $12.50/hr lifeguard fee (minimum of 3 guards). The $12.50/hr lifeguard fee is to be added to your check/cash payment the night of the party.
Guest fees for 2016:
Monday through Friday – $3.00 with pavilion rental
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays – $4.00 with pavilion rental
Pavilion is available:
12:30pm – 4:15pm or 4:45pm – 8:30pm
Using the pavilion after hours:
$60.00 plus $12.50 per hour per lifeguard (minimum 3 guards)
50* (including members and guests)
9:00 PM through 11:00 PM **
Although the staff will help with clean up, members are responsible for leaving the pavilion as they found it. Thank you.
*Club Manager/Board approval is required for more than 50 guests.
**Set up for after hour usage can begin at 8:30 PM. City of Naperville noise permit is in effect until 10 pm. Noise levels must be minimized after 10:00 pm
